research and manufacturing optimization, now available for OEMs
to incorporate in their aqueous and solvent ink-based printer
offerings. Professional installation is required to ensure
proper operation and avoid damage.

we do not accept returns or give refunds on electronic or
service parts. Once the package is delivered, it is the customer's
responsibility to check the package for damage. If there is
any visible damage on the package, please refuse the shipment
and contact us.

while purchasing. Once received, please inspect if the
printhead matches the model you required. If you have any
problems, contact us as soon as possible before installing it
onto the machine.
